Chiropractor
Victoria Petruzzella Ciroalo D.C.
Dr. Victoria Petruzzella Ciroalo was born and raised in Paramus and is honored she can serve her community as a chiropractor. Dr. Victoria was introduced to chiropractic when she was 10 years old and hurt her knee. After going to multiple doctors and them offering nothing but surgery, she found chiropractic.
After a couple of months of being under chiropractic care, her knee was healed and she never needed surgery! It was then, that she realized the power of chiropractic care and how important it is for the function of our whole body.
Dr. Victoria attended Monmouth University for her undergraduate degree in Health Science and minored in Biology & Italian. After graduating, she attended Life University in Marietta, GA to pursue her doctorate in chiropractic.
She has additional certifications in Webster Technique and is CACCP certified with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association as she specializes in prenatal and pediatric care. In addition, she is a BirthFit Professional which helps train women in their preconception, pregnancy and post-partum journey during the transition into motherhood.
When Dr. Victoria is not serving her patients, she's spending time with her husband Joe and her dog Sushi. They love going to the beach, going on hikes, and going out to eat.
Chiropractor
Josh Budzinski D.C.
Dr. Josh Budzinski was born and raised in nearby Nutley, NJ and is excited to deliver excellent Chiropractic care to Waldwick and the surrounding areas. Dr. Josh's chiropractic journey began at the age of 13 when his pediatrician explained to his mom that he was showning early signs of scoliosis.
Rather than taking the watch and wait approach suggested by the pediatrician, his mom trusted her instincts and wanted to take a more proactive approach and brought him to a chiropractor.
After about two months of treatment Dr. Josh realized he wasn't really getting any headaches anymore. Not knowing how his spine was connected to his headaches he asked his chiropractor and it was explained to him how the spine and nervous system are connected and how they are important to the overall function of the body, it clicked and the seed was planted. Chiropractic just made sense to Dr. Josh!
Dr. Josh attended undergraduate school in the Green Mountains of Vermont at Castleton State College where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and minor in Chemistry. Afterwards, he moved to St. Louis Missouri to attend Logan University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. Josh is proficient in multiple techniques to address the needs of all his patients and has cared for patients as young as a week old and as old as 98, to everyone in between. When not serving his patients Dr. Josh can be found doing what he loves snowboarding, camping, working on one of his jeeps or exploring restaurants and breweries with his wife Meaghan and their Husky, Athena.
Chiropractic Assistant
Olivia Tarabokija
Olivia was born and raised in Tenafly and recently graduate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in May 2023. During her time in Wisconsin, Olivia studied Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics and received a minor in Business Management for Agricultural and Life Sciences.
Currently, she is pursuing a Masters degree at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in their Clinical Nutrition graduate program. Olivia is an aspiring registered dietitian nutritionist who is committed to promoting health and wellness through evidence-based nutrition. When Olivia is not in the office she likes to try new recipes, go on walks with her family, and explore Manhattan with her friends!
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sofia Roca
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing massage for over half a decade in New Jersey. I have spend many years expanding my knowledge and experience working under other branches of massage including providing therapeutic massage at MassageEnvy, treating patients with injuries within the chiropractic offices of P.E.A.K Medical in Paramus, NJ, as well as simultaneously logging over 5,000+ hours in massaging experience.
In 2022 I was given the opportunity to work for the Plastic Surgeon at The Spa at Altman Aesthetics, and got certified to do manual lymphatic drainage for post-op care. I also specialize in prenatal massage, sports massage, reflexology, and stretching. I began doing this work because I was initially very interested in how the body works, and I fell in love with the feeling that came with helping people see themselves again in a positive light.
Now I work my own practice, Sofia's Touch, and work alongside Dr. Victoria Ciroalo.
