Each session begins with a brief conversation to check in and set an intention. Then the client will simply relax, fully clothed on the treatment table, while Diana gently places her hands on or just above various points on the body to support the natural flow of energy. The clients may notice warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of peace and stillness. Afterward, there is time to review your chakra analysis as well as reflect about how you're feeling and anything you noticed, allowing you to leave grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
